The computer you are using to view the webcast should have at
least 64 MB RAM. If you have less you may experience a

Connect to the live webcast 20 minutes before the scheduled start
time to allow your computer to connect and download the presentation slides in

If the computer you are using is behind a firewall, you may need
to ask your network administrator to open certain network "ports" in

You must turn off any pop-up blocker software or settings --
