you may need to download and install software if your computer
does not currently have it.
You will need to download and install the free basic version
of
RealPlayer on your computer.

You must have a monitor resolution of at least 800 x 600 to see the entire interface.

You must use Internet Explorer 6.0 or above to view the presentation with closed captioning.
Users of all other browsers (Firefox, Safari, etc.) should access the non-captioned webcast.
The computer you are using to view the webcast should have at
least 128 MB RAM. If you have less, you may experience a
slowing down of performance.
You need a stable internet connection of 56kbps or higher.
