Technical Help : Screen Resolution

The minimum screen resolution to view the webcasts and archives is 800 x 600. A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 is recommended. To change your resolution, follow the instructions below:

Windows Users

  • Right click on your desktop (do not click on an open window)
  • Select Properties
  • Click on the Settings tab
  • Move the slider under Screen area to 1024 x 768
  • Click Apply and OK

Mac Users

  • Click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen
  • Choose Control Panels > Monitors
  • Select a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher from the list
