Technical Help : Pop-up blocker software

Pop-up blocker software and pop-up blocker browser settings are intended to prevent annoying pop-up windows from appearing when you surf the internet. Unfortunately, some of these software applications and settings will also prevent you from viewing any web page that is coded to appear when you click a link targeting a new browser window.

Our webcast interface is designed to open in a new window so that, should you disconnect in mid-webcast, the log-in screen will remain visible and permit easy reconnecting. Additionally, any poll questions that might be part of your webcast will appear in a new window. For these reasons, we request that you turn off or disable any pop-up blocking software or settings.
