Technical Help : Connecting in Advance

Please connect to the live webcast 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows your computer to connect and download the presentation slides in advance of the beginning of the presentation. The slides are downloaded to your computer's cache so that they will flip instantly during the presentation.

It could take 10 to 20 minutes to download the slides, depending on the speed of your connection and your computer -- and depending on the number of slides used in the presentation.

This requirement does not apply to archived presentations.
