This webinar will give an overview of the new Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program and walk through the first Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), released on June 10, 2010. This Program, created as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (Affordable Care Act or ACA) (P.L. 111-148) is administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), in collaboration with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and will promote healthy child development and improved maternal and child health outcomes. A brief Q&A period follows the presentations.
